Our New Zealand Accommodation and Facilities are:

Main House Accommodation:

Bedrooms (4): 

All bedrooms open out onto covered verander. Master bedroom is located at one end of the house, living areas in the middle and three bedrooms at the other end.

2.Twin beds, singles or made up to king size. 

3. Trundle bed, two singles or king size bed. 

4. Twin beds, singles or made up to king size.             

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4,    share bathroom with separate toilet.           

All Linen can be  supplied, and beds made up for an  extra charge of $10 per person.

Tariff.                                LONG TERM STAYS Negotiable  

To  exclusively occupy the house.  Sleeps 8 people.                          

NZ  $240 per night. Minimuim charge. (4 people)

Each extra Adult:   NZ  $50 per night per person.   

 Children  under 16yrs   NZ $25 per night.         

Self - contained flat

One bedroom with King Bed and ensuite bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge, with fold out futon couch                  ( suitable for children)

$130/night, Each extra person NZ$25   

NOTE: discounted, weekly and monthly rates available.

Daily house servicing is an extra fee of $10 per person, should you require it.

Electric Blankets available on  request.

Stereo with CD player - bring your favourite music.

Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve all meals. There is a  fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.                        Fan wall oven.
Complimentary   tea, coffee, sugar.

Laundry: automatic washing machine with tub. Small amount of powder is supplied. An iron and ironing board is included.

Heating: Kent fire place, firewood supplied.

Other amenities:  BBQ, fish smoker. Two canoes and a dinghy are available.  Guests use at their own risk.         Board Games. Volley Ball and Petanque.
